AIR and Climate Control lights stopped work & fog lights

Hello Guys,

I did a little research on Google, came up with some answers, but none encompasses the issue I am having totally.

So, this morning on my way to work, I drove my 00 Civic hatch aka "my little Spanish thing." the air was blowing fine, it warmed the car up prior to me driving out. However, on the high way, I turned the air speed up. Then suddenly the air stopped blowing, I stopped the car, turned it off, then onn again, still nothing.

Saturday, I installed my eBay fog lights, I connected the main power wires under the dash accordingly and they worked fine all weekend while I was driving the car, now the fog lights wont come on, No lights on the Climate Control knobs and the Air wont blow.

According to what I Google'd, it could be the Under Dash 7.5A Fuze #13 or the resister, but they said if it is the resister, the Air would only work on some levels.

I'd appreciate any guidance on this, like where the fuze are located along with their number so I can verify if they're blown.

Thanks guys :|

You don't describe exactly how you wired the fog lights, so can't help you there.

The cabin blower requires voltage from not only a dash fuse but also a hood fuse. Check both fuses.

Thanks, I will check on my break. is it fuse 55 Blower motor under the hood an fuse 17 under the dash?

and

Also, would those fuse make the lights stop working on the climate control ?

I appreciate your time

Blower - fuses 55 and 17

Climate control lights - Do the cluster back lights work? Have you tried dialing up the dimmer switch?

I am going to auto zone to buy a tester and check out the fuses.

I didnt mess with the dimmer because everything was lit up while driving, then the blower stopped blowing air and the lights vanished of the Climate Controls (both knobs, back glass defrost button an the button to circulate air through the car.)

I will also verify that all lights work on the dash in 9 minutes...

Thanks again.

You may want to check whether the connector at the rear of the climate control unit is not fully seated (loose).

Problem Solved, it's indeed Fuse #17 under the dashboard, went to autozone an bought a cheap tester and a pack of fuze, took care of the job right there..

If I didnt get it fix, it wouldve been a coooooold winter haha :ok:

Thanks alot man, you were very helpful =)
