Uh oh. You're WAY too young for back problems! Get that s**t checked out!I have this pain in the left side of my lower back... it's really starting to hurt...
I have scoliosis (a lighter case if you will) anyway. And from my horseback riding my back is beat to s**t. I gave up on chiropractic. I need to do medical massage combined with it. But I just don't have the time or funds.Uh oh. You're WAY too young for back problems! Get that s*** checked out!
Yoga.. Seriously. And general stretching and working out(core strengthening). I've had lower back problems since I was about 20. Been through a couple chiropractors, physical therapy, and acupuncture and they didn't do jack. Good work outs with stretching has done a lot better for me. I've modified the P90X workout routines to work for me and my back and it's helped out a lot. Just don't let it get worse and be proactive about it.I have this pain in the left side of my lower back... it's really starting to hurt...
Duuuuude I know I really need to do yoga. For stretching and strengthening. I do work out (about 3 times a weekish now) but I go really hard and I don't stretch very well... I always forgetYoga..
