Why do you think the distributor requires replacing? Have you inspected it? CEL codes? Replacing the spark plugs (NGK), wires (OEM), cap, and rotor should suffice. Also adjust the ignition timing after replacing the timing belt.

I wouldn't worry about your fuel filter unless you're really having problems with your fuel system. I replaced mine at over 200k for the first time and didn't notice a difference from before/after.

Timing belt/water pump can be done if the car hasn't had them replaced yet. While you have your timing belt cover off, it probably wouldn't be a bad idea to replace the crankshaft seal and cam seal. I did for comfort. You can also put in fresh coolant when you're done with this process.

I would check the air filter and either replace it or clean it, depending on if it's stock or aftermarket and how long it's been since it was last replaced/cleaned.

If it's never been done, I would replace the transmission fluid. If you're looking to go further, you can do a valve adjustment, replace the oil pan gasket (I replaced mine when I replaced my clutch/flywheel but that's a different story), check your brakes, cv joints, bushings, etc.

It really depends on your budget and how far you really want to go. A "tune up" can turn into an all out repair fest.
