Cooalnt leakage into Exhaust

Okay so I have a 93 Honda Civic and I have some issues with it but I can't seem to narrow it down.
1. White smoke coming out of exhaust
2. The oil looks fine. Same color as usual so it makes me think it's not the head gasket
3. Back of the intake manifold seems to be getting coolant inside
4. Car idles SOMETIMES fine and sometimes it idles while jumping from 1000-2100 approx
5. Visible oil on engine. Not sure where but there is a coating of oil on the engine.
6. Hose from the radiator to the engine doesn't have water flowing through it when the car is running.
7. Radiator fan only SOMETIMES comes on.

Can anyone infer from these problems what is going wrong? If you guys need more details just ask and I'll answer.

which radiator hose? until the thermostat opens, won't get coolant flowing thru both. If at operating temp (fans turn on) then should be getting that flow. if not, then terhmostat may need replacing.
the intake manifold has a coolant passage. if that's leaking at the intake manifold, you may be getting coolant into the cylinders. So, if getting coolant leak at intake manifold, need to change that gasket.
oil on engine, clean it off, then start looking for where it appears again (start from top of engine and start working way down).
pics of the engine (closeups of oil leak) and description of where you seeing the oil would help

These are currently the most concerning and where you should focus first. Stop driving the car until you figure out how coolant is getting inside the IM.

What engine is in your car?

the intake manifold has a coolant passage.
He should also check the IACV and FITV. Those are other possible sources for coolant entry into the IM.

I have a d15b motor. 1.6 liter. VTEC

if it's d15b (no letter after it) then it likely IS a vtec engine from a JDM car. Don't think it's 1.6 (since is a d15), but that's just me being picky. So, where are those pics of the engine bay with the oil?

D15B is 1.5L however there's three different JDM D15B's. There's a non VTEC, VTEC, and three stage VTEC.

appreciate the education on that. Seems every time I hear about the JDM d15, it's the standard vtec version.

They're rare, that's why. Only in Japan on certain cars.

Sounds like a head gasket to me, i've done many of these jobs. Save your self some time and have a compression test done on all 4 cylinders. Compression in each chamber should all read the same. 180psi i think. if one of them is out then your coolant is leaking into your combustion chambers through the head gasket. right down each PSI reading on a peace of paper in a grid liek fashion and test each cylinder 3 times. to be sure. Head jobs are fun plus you get to to a valve job and replace all seals and gaskets. rebuilding a head is an easy job with some knowledge. and ensures a freshly rebuild top end for your motor where your actually not leaking oil :S
