Help with cold air intake? Didn't know what forum to post in...

I bought a cold air intake and kinda installed like a short ram intake cause i didn't realize it wouldn't fit without mods...

Anyways my stock air intake had one hose on it, the cold air intake has 2, I installed with only half of the piping.
I don't know what to do about the second hole it has a gromet on it so I put electrical tape over it just for now (I know that when the engine heats up enough the tape will probably fall off)

What should I do about it? This is the first time I ever put anything on a car I attached some pics

It's fine. Those cheap intakes usually come with multiple holes or bungs because they build them to fit other year/model engines to save cost on manufacturing. Try finding a cap to plug that extra hole with to replace the tape.

i guarantee in 30 days or less your throttle body and intake tube will be dirty from lack of filtration. also that pcv hose isn't doing much with that kink in it.

I would sooner or later purchase an actual name brand intake. Before I knew s**t about the honda game and on a tight budget. I would buy the cheapest parts for the car. In the long run, it's not worth it. Unless you're not planning to build your motor.

There's really not much of a difference in an intake. Get a name brand (K&N) filter and that's all that really matters.

This. Piping is just piping for the most part. It's all in the filter!
