I have so much s**t to do I need some time off. But I have one day weekends for the next couple weeks I got all of my stuff done with in 3 days. 1 day weekends is rough though....

Birthday was this past Tuesday, had a four day weekend. Was smashed Friday and Saturday, Sunday Monday and Tuesday I sat around lazy. It was really nice. Short work weeks are the best.

NIIICE!I made rice, chicken dipped in butter and Worcestershire sauce then breaded in Saltines, and green beans sauteed (I think that's the correct term?) in olive oil, pepper and garlic salt. MmmmmIt was that good huh?

I made simple scrambled eggs with cheddar, Vermont maple sausage, and a side of toast with strawberry jam for breakfast.
Lunch was leftover chicken Alfredo from carraba's.
