You've ruled out the only two options that actually lead to any substantial increase in engine power.

Just let it be and enjoy the fact that you have a non-hacked up civic, enjoy the MPG/cheap maintenance/ and reliability.

Yea ,, idk of any other way of making it stronger w out a swap or turbo. Ijust got a 97 civic also w a b20b and its a little quick lol

I agree with both of them. The only other mod that may help improve performance is to have your engine ported & polished but it wont yield any largely significant gains, if thats what you hope for.
