Patron silver mmmhmmShots of tequila.
Joe you sir got my mouth watering.
Old Fashioned - The original cocktail
-Whiskey glass
-Jack Daniel's Single Barrel or Four Roses Bourbon
-1 tsp sugar
-Dash of angostura bitters
-Splash of water
-1 Maraschino cherry
-1 Orange wedge
Add sugar, water, and bitters to the whiskey glass. Muddle into a paste (spoon if no muddler). Add cherry and orange wedge. Fill glass the rest of the way with ice cubes and bourbon. Sip like a damned gentleman.
If you don't like the taste of bourbon, don't make this. It doesn't hide the taste at all; it simply enhances it. This drink should be sipped slowly, as it is almost pure bourbon.
My favorite.Patron silver mmmhmm
patron is junk (by industry standards) and is NOT what this thread is about jerksMy favorite.

Aww man, I can't do it. I've tried it a few times, and every time I regret it. It was the last thing left at my buddy's bachelor party two weekends ago. I was the designated drunk teammate for him. Already drunk, we hit up the JD Honey, and still gagged like crazy. Not pleasant at all...Not a big whiskey or scotch guy, but JD Honey is fantastic.
