Ok found it in the diagram but it doesn't show the hoses I'm referring to going anywhere

#24 is the fuel tank pressure sensor

Put the car on a smoke machine, turns out it was the filler neck that was leaking.

Ughh so changed filler neck and thought all was good. Code is back again!!

I noticed it happens when the gas tank is half full or lower. Already put it on a smoke machine. I'm at a loss here. Possible fuel tank leak that's not easily detectable?

Might just keep my tank full so the system never runs the test

heres a thought for you
when you fill your tank, do you stop shortly after it first clicks off, or do you continue to fill it until you cant fit any more?
if you overfill your tank, this can cause liquid fuel to enter your charcoal canister, which in turn ruins it
in case you dont know, your charcoal canister stores fuel vapours, liquid fuel, once inside it, cannot be removed, and the canister must be replaced, and will throw your CEL on.
generally a good time to stop filling is to pump until it first clicks off, then round up to the next 25 cents
hope this helps

I haven't completely filled my tank in a few years. I generally just keep it above half tank, about 3/4 full
