Car Stalls in Neutral - IACV?

Cleaned IAC and car still stalls. Replaced head gasket and coolant no air bubbles in coolant. Should I replace the IAC?

The engine is not bone stock. It has a D15B7 block with a D16Y8 VTEC head turbo. PCV valve is new, MAF is new, throttle body is a Skunk2 70 mm, with a Skunk2 Pro series intake manifold. Comp cam with new valves and springs. I didn't have this stalling issue until I got it back from the shop. All vacuum hoses are connected properly, no plugs unplugged. Never changed the IAC since I've had the car.

Stalling is not exclusively caused only by an IACV. Replacing your coolant will not affect stalling at all, so there was no apparent reason to even mention this. For proper assistance, please explain your issues in further detail.

The only issue I have is, once the car warms up and drive it, I can get to a stop sign to stop and when I go into neutral the car cuts off. It cranks right back up but while idling you can feel it start to surge up and down.

Also replace the PCV valve.

Bone stock Civic? What engine?

What ECU are you using for this set up and is it properly tuned?

And answer all questions. For example --> Does the CEL work?

Is the car actually boosted, or do you just mean it Vtec. Vtec is not turbo.

The reason I ask is because if you really are boosted, tuning becomes involved.

Also, edited first post, and renamed the thread. :thumbs up

Exactly, RonJ. Hence my added bolding of "further details".

Good admin work, Xpl0d3r.

Ok, next post will have more detailed information per the rules. I apologize.
Thanks for understanding, buddy. Lack of details just wastes your time and the time of those that offer the help.

What did they perform when it was last in the shop?

The car was running real rough after everything was installed. The shop found that the valves were out of adjustment and the head was raising slightly off the block when they did the dyno. Also they took my already chipped ecu and added VTEC. I replaced the head bolts with ARP head studs and added more coolant. While doing the dyno they noticed that the car was stalling as well. The stalling has never occurred until now.

As Ron pointed out, make sure to put car details in your original post. You are punishing yourself by not putting them there. I can't imagine how many people looked at your first post, saw that you didn't include enough information for them to give an answer, and then moved on. You'll receive more help, and more accurate help, if you include the information in your original post.
