NEED help with GSR swap wiring

Hi there, Pacito1234 here.
What I have in my '97 ek coupe is a 99 b18c1. All the hardware (ecu, motor, tranny, shift linkage, wire harness, axles, mounts) are there and in place; in a way it's kind of ready to run.
The only things I need to do now is finish the wiring, fuel pump, radiator hoses, take out the ac, take out the power steering, and I think that's about it.
The part that I'm really stuck on is the harness. Most of the sensors are connected, but a few are unconnected and one of the sensors is actually cut.
Theres also a couple wires that are loose by the vtec solenoid sensor, but i really have no clue what it could be for.
I'll upload pictures of the sensors I'm talking about.
Another problem with the wiring is that the CKF sensor by the crankshaft pulley is there, but it looks like it's waaaay too short to be able to reach a sensor that's located underneath the intake.
The wire thats snipped (without a connector) is red with a thin blue stripe thats locates underneath the intake. If anyone has solutions to the problems I've just stated, I would really appreciate it.

It's an obd2a harness. I left that out in the first post.

This is the snipped wire that directly below the intake.

These are the 4 loose wires by the vtec solenoid.

This is the ckf sensor that's located on the crankshaft pulley.

Is your 97 Civic an EX? If so, the cut Red/Blu wire is for the knock sensor.

The 4 loose wires near the VTEC solenoid match the 4 wires of the primary O2 sensor.

Does your ECU look for the CKF sensor?

Alrighty, I'm not too worried about the O2 sensors and emission right now though, I'm just trying to make it run.

As for the CKF sensor and the ECU, how would I go about checking to see if it does need it or not?

Start by mentioning the ECU you plan to use. Then you'll know whether you need the KS or CKF.

Do you have any pictures of what the CKF connector would connect to? For the life of me I couldn't find any other connectors that looked like it would properly fit/connect to that specific CKF sensor. Or the location of where the connector is?
And would this mean that I have to do some splicing for the CKF to make it longer?

I'm just gonna take the intake off and see everything from there. I'll have a better view. I'll be sure to post pics of it later on today after work.

The CKF plug in your picture routes along the right side of the lower timing belt cover and emerges from the right top of the cover to connect with its mated 3P connector (C102) on the engine harness at the rear of the engine.

See post #8 --> 3P connector = 3 wires
