Finally put the top down for the first time since replacing it, winnage.
Drove two towns over and looped back
Did a spirited cruise on Lakeshore Dr (windy)
Went to Walmart for some CD-R's
Stopped at Dale Jr (1 of 2 in town) and saw one of his old toys
That says it's spacer time

Also got another dog. The one we have already is like a little yappy dog, looks kinda like a less fancy version of the white fluffy dog on the Cesars dog food cans... (We named him Seymour Asses, he looked that bad when we found him) Grew an unhealthy attachment to a single person in the house and loses his s**t when she's gone. But he's super high energy and super annoying.
So Zoey chases his ass down, since it' what she does, and wears him out. Been a couple days only and she's a rock star. Exactly what he needed. Small Australian Shephard mixed with something (she has a tail) but looks kinda like this:

Drive to NC this past weekend. 5 buddies in a tiny cavalier. We rotated shifts, sitting b***h sucked lol
We met a friend who lives in Charlotte. That night we found a place that did $1 shots of different whiskeys. That kicked my ass.
Day after we drove to Wilmington Beach, a good 4+ hours away, Had to take two cars. We made a bet: last car there everyone in the car had to shotgun a beer. My buddy was a good 20 minutes behind us, and upon him trying to catch up was pulled over by a d**k wildlife officer..... 108 in a 60
He actually drove by the officer who was going the same direction...
Considered a Level 2 Misdemeanor in NC.
for "Excess of 95mph" Officer is full of s**t though, the Cavalier in no way shape or form can do 108. He admitted he was doing a little over 90, but certainly not 108. Now he needs to drive back to NC for court in August possible. He's getting a lawyer. On the ticket, there is no speed noted, the officer did not have radar, my guess is that the officer sped up to 108 in attempts to catch him... And he also marked "persons 16 or under" in the car, which is BS because we're all 24-26.... 
I feel bad for my buddy, but the whole scenario IS kind of funny

Getting destroyed. Buddy of mine goes all out for the 4th and we all black out around his back yard / pool / patio area. He's got a gigantic Green Egg grill, make the most incredible wings and ribs I've ever had. Kegerator will be working overtime. Get a football game going, cornhole, ladders, volleyball, n other s**t.
Had a dude break the diving board last year, guy went to back off and a friend tackled him on it, snapped it right off and everyone went in. Guy who's house it is always gets drunk and we end up beating the s**t out of each other for no reason at all. Last year we took turns punching each other in the arm for a good while until our arms were just blood red. Bad idea in retrospect.
Needless to say, should be a fun one this year! The morning after is always the best. Just rolls of pork roll being sliced and grilled, breakfast sandwiches till you yak.

Pretty sure that ticket will be thrown out due to massive inconsistencies. That's usually how it is here, anyway. I got an illegal lane change ticket, CHP wrote the wrong court date (was dated a Sunday. lawl), wrote a wrong description of my car (said it was grey. It's black), wrote the wrong make/model (wrote Honda Accord 4 door, it was an EG Coupe), and even spelled my name wrong. Dude was a moron. Ticket was thrown out, but did come back to haunt me years later because California's court system is full of assholes.
As for the 4th, was supposed to go camping up in the High Sierras. Doesn't look like that's happening (buddy's car is full, all my buddies that were going to go with me can't due to work, and I'm not driving 6 hours one way on my own). Instead, it looks like we'll be doing a bon fire at the beach or something. I'm just glad to have a three day weekend haha.

I was scraping like a mutha when I came up that incline too. Time to raise it up! That's weird. I just opened it without being logged into Facebook at all and it works. Is there something else I can try to do?

Every year my buddy does a 4th gathering. Has a nice in ground pool. Three years ago I got way too drunk, puked in his driveway and passed out in the back seat of my buddies car.
He got in touch with a lawyer who said she can probably get it dismissed and 0 points on the license.
