Can't squeeze blood from a turnup. Time out does nothing. Reward system does not help. Chores system didn't work. Taking away certain toys works only once a week for no more than 8 to 10 minutes of actual pick up and put away in proper place after being hand held and showing physically. I can't tell her she can't go outside and play with her friends. From Nov-April she was stuck in the house due to the crap weather up here. I've even threatened for every time she makes a mess and doesn't clean it, she has to donate toys to another kid. It doesn't register.
My efforts were defeated since she was 2. Next step is evaluation through school since her doctor didn't think it was psychological.
