I feel ya there. I had a Honda 125 and a Kawisaki KZ125 bored to a 250 with a Wiseco piston set in it. Both fun bikes, the Kawi had massive balls and was keeping up with Huskvarna 450's and s**t lol.

2 friggin years! They "don't do raises" here, or so I was told. That s**t doesn't fly. I'm gonna be out of here if I can help it, but if not, they're giving me a raise, or I'm cutting half of my daily tasks out. I don't get paid enough to do half the stuff they ask me to do.

I'm not at all. In fact, if I left with no warning, they'd be absolutely screwed. I would have to train my replacement, or else the company would stop dead in it's tracks. This company is just really ungrateful to what I do. They don't feel that I'm that valuable, or if they do, they don't act like it. I get questioned about "what it is I do all day" sometimes (usually when my penny pinching boss is in a bind for money). Once I explain my daily tasks, they leave me be. It's ridiculous, though.. I shouldn't have to defend the job I was hired to do.
