i have civic 2000 with original engine , the stock engine d16y8.... i am going to buy headers... which ones are better 4-2-1 or 4-1... the car is daily driven , usually gear change between 2 or 3 rpm.. which headers would be better for my civic 2000??

Whichever way you decide to go you're only going to need one header.

Probably stock.

I'm using a 4-1 1 piece SS header and notice absolutely no difference over my old 4-2-1.

What's the point, what are you trying to get out of it?

The major differences from a 4-2-1 and 4-1 is when it makes peak torque. A well designed header 4-2-1 can perform just as well as a 4-1.

In your case, the performance gain won't be as significant as a larger engine but it's there whether if you can feel it or not. You need to decide if it will be worth the cost for the performance gained. If performance isn't a concern, then leave the original header in place.

ok... the car is daily driven , normal shift between 2 to 3 rpm... i need a header which produces performance at the red line or above 4 or 5 rpm.. where dose the 4-1 produce performance?

typically a 4-1 will make more peak power and higher in the rev range BUT i'll remind you that performance gains on your motor will be minimal and the slight performance improvements are generally with wide open throttle, not partial throttle low in the rev range like you say you shift. Like others have stated, you very well may not notice any change at all with casual driving.

As CHILD mentioned, it will make a little more power in the higher range, so this sounds like what you want. The thing is, on a car like these, you're looking at $130 for power you may not even notice.
