I have a 99 Civic ex with a Jdm B18C gsr. It has lots of bolt on's and im thinking of going E85. All my bolt on's included:

Skunk 2 pro series intake mani
70mm tb
Whale penis intake (if it even counts as a bolt on)
Full skunk 2 exhaust 2 1/4 inch size to a Apexi WS2 muffler

I am thinking of going E85 route because of the power gain and id like to pull as much hp/tq as I can out of it. I guess my question is what size injectors do I need if needed at all and I was thinking of getting a walbro 255 but my other question is that is it safe for the pump to run E85? Thanks in advance. Sorry for being a noob lol :D

well ive looked up multiple walbro 255 pumps but they never say in the description if they are e85 safe. I wouldnt think it would hurt but also what size injectors should i go for?

Yes it can hurt to not use an e85 compatible pump. It'll eat through it.
I'd go big on injectors as well because you'll be going through more fuel with e85

You definitely need the correct pump. Like child said, it is going to destroy a normal one.

Don't skimp on the fuel filters as well because you are going to clog them up quickly.

Id just stick with gasoline since you're not going to see a massive gain out of it.

Depending on how you drive, you may even save enough money for a real power adder like forced induction since is takes a good amount more of e85 to equate to the power generated from gasoline.

Well my dd is a 03 jetta tdi that gets 50 to 55 miles a gallon. Plus it's cheaper for diesel than 93 or 91 octane. Right now the civic runs dirt rich. I got quoted at $300 for a tune on the dyno.

Even though that may be true, it's still pretty overboard to try to run e85 on such a basic setup. A plain bolt on GSR won't gain much by switching to e85. The cost to convert to e85 plus your tune money could be spent on something more useful like cams
