Spark plugs should minimally be replaced every 30K miles.I would think a fuel filter should be changed every 50-75000 miles just like most spark plugs
(dseries.org is slow like CC)

Cost? You can get a set for $12, right.Ive seen plugs go for 100,000 but I guess my range and is a little high, still say every 50-75000 for fuel filter even though ive never changed one on my coupe that I put over 120xxx miles on( half of that was boosted). Dont want to do it to much so your not wasting money but in certain vehicles if your their you might as well change it (this doesnt apply to civics since its on the firewall, but vehicles like my 4runner its on the block under everything imaginable)
Good answer :oem filters
Sorry I wasnt talking about price of plugs, I should have stated that betterbecause i know plugs are cheap and so are fuel filters, i was just saying no point in wasting money and overly changing stuff like that. When im doing major maint and i order from majestic i usually get things like the fuel filter with my spark plug, cap and rotor, and plug wires just so i dont have to use a parts house brandCost? The service manual suggests 30K miles. I do mine every 25K because it's so cheap.
Good plugs and wires = long lived coil

I change mine every 2-3 years just because so cheap. At advanced auto they have a 5 year warranty on ngk plug wires so it's worth it to do that often
Yeah, the ignitions systems in our cars cause the most common issues, so maintaining them well is definitely worthwhile to prevent breakdowns.
