Ek3 - smooth ride?

Hi!
I am about to sell my polo, since i want to buy an EK3.

I have previously owned a 1,4 7th gen civic from 2001, and i absolutely hated the driving comfort of that car.
It was jerky and Gear change was awful and it took some revs for that car to let off smoothly.

What i like about my current car is that cruising is very pleasant and you do not feel the gear changes at low speeds..

Do you think that the ek3 will please me as much as my 1998 vw polo???

What a strange question. Strange only because it's like asking if I'm going to like the taste of a particular brand coffee or will I enjoy this type of music over something else.

:what:

No one is going to know better than you. Take the car for a test drive. A lot of things, A LOT of things will attest to it's comfort and overall feel. I personally don't know s**t about the car you are about to buy. It could have blown springs, super big rims with low pro tires and rusted out suspension parts. On the other hand, it could be in perfect condition.

No one is going to be able to answer that question for you, accurately. Personally I don't mind the ride in my 2000 Civic coupe but you may hate it or love it.

Good luck. Let us know how you make out.

Sounds like a pretty decent ride. I think all EK3's are 3 doors? I dunno.

Hope it works out so you can post pics!

So they do. Just don't see many sedans I guess.

I always thought the numbers didn't really pertain to anything in particular, the way you see EK4, EK9, or my EJ8, or EJ6, so on and so on.
