Not sure these are anything spectacular. I saw user mouaEK sell a set of these in mint condition with tires back in '07 for $500 obo.

There's a set on eBay with tires, 14x8 for $1'500, but that's nothing really to go by.

Can't find tons of info on them.

Bought the girlfriend a '96 DX Coupe about a year or so ago and they came on the car, one had a slow leak, found a nail hole, patched it, no issues. So they hold air in their current state. They looked like hell, the weights had fallen off when someone painted them, so they were totally out of balance. I took them off and put steelies on with new tires and set them aside to toss them.

Today I got the tires pulled off and looked inside to find out they are not truly just eBay garbage, they just look like it at this point:

Fronts could use some love, the idiot took a steel brush on a drill to them (can see the marks inside) and then just sprayed them with some of the original finish on them.

(Worst looking front)

Inside the wheels

Aaaand the damage:

Thoughts?

Thanks for any feedback / info / comments! Had scheduled to trash these Wednesday with the other crap rims I have, may hold onto them if I should...

Everything I've read on this exact size, that looks like these (in good shape) claim 35 offset. They seem big with BMW and VW guys, not so much Hondas.

I've had a guy take my 4 BBS STi wheels (1 was cracked and 1 was bent badly, neither held air) and all were badly curbed. He had them for a few months (I told him I was in no rush and getting funds together) and he showed up with a set of gold BBS STi wheels, mint condition, I mean brand new looking, and he told me they were new wheels, that the others I gave him were unrepairable. I believe him, then he said he was messing with me, that he fixed them. Saw a couple pics of the work-in-progress. I was astonished.

I'd say these are in WAY better shape that those.

I guess when I find someone with a decent price for refinishing my LS Meshes, I'll see what they think about these.

Those are repairable. Not sure if theyre worth repairing or not. Definitely not sellable. Well not for more than $50 or so id say.

Kinda what I was thinkin too... Thought maybe I had a diamond in the rough here, more like a chunk of quartz in the bottom of a deep s***ter...

I know in great shape, they'd be worth something to someone. These likely aren't worth the money I could possibly get for them. Probably going to be scrap, have them up on a local Honda page to see if anyone bites. Otherwise, Wednesday, they're trash.
