Modding 98 Civic LX Sedan

I recently bought my civic and although I don't have any immediate plans right now I do plan on customizing my civic. I just don't know what to get especially for rims.

I was thinking of doing a smallish spoiler, possibly a lip one along with black rims with blue lug nuts. I want to get new head lights as well. Also a window tint The reason for the blue is because I have always been a fan of metal pedals with the holes in them so im getting a blue set along with a blue and silver shifter in the shape of the original. My civic is a silver 4 door with the black line on it. Everything is stock except the sunroof.

What should I get and especially what should I do about my rim problem

The stuff you posted is all subjective to each person. For example, I hate black wheels and even more can't stand colored lug nuts. I think it looks tacky. Same goes for the add on pedal covers and a mismatched shift knob.

It's your car though. No one can tell you what YOU like and what YOU should do to your car.

If you are thinking of those aftermarket nasty projector headlights, I would recommend not doing so. Most are junk and they all look terrible, especially the ones that have the l.e.d. strips like they are wannabe Audi or the BMW wannabe halos. OEM or retrofit with some proper projectors is the only way to go in my opinion.
