I'm Vicky.

I very recently picked up a '94 Civic Coupe, and I'm hoping for some pointers.

1. I have a bad clutch. But I don't know what I'm looking for in terms of parts.

2. It needs suspension badly, but I don't know where on the spectrum I belong as regards high performance.

3. The interior needs work. I'm happy to do the work myself, but if anyone has any experience, advice would be much appreciated.

Look into clutch kits from the CC store. Do you want to upgrade your suspension or do you just want OE replacements?

Well, that's the thing. I'm not sure. Most of the people I've talked to are big into street racing, and they all insist that I need high-performance stuff. I think I want to upgrade (she's got quite a lot of kick), but I don't want to break the bank.

Then why waste money on things you don't think you need. Just make the car legal and safe. No reason to go performance if you don't need it.

Or go all high performance

If you don't plan on racing or going for more power, just get an OE replacement and save your money

As for suspension, what's going on? Could again just go OE, or if you want a nice drop you could look into springs (on top of whatever needs replacing) or a decent coilover kit

Well, I do plan on going for more power, just not the kind of power my friends are rocking.

The suspension and the interior alike are just showing their age. The suspension is old and bouncy, the interior is stained, dash is sunbleached, the door panels are mickey-moused to the point that there are bolts sticking out.
