D16Y7 TO VTECH?

I would like to know what I can do to make my motor a vetch motor. I heard you can install a Y8 Vtech head? If so, what do I need to do that? Steps I need to take and items I will need to complete it properly. This is my second Honda so I do not know much about Hondas at all. Thank you for your time!
