What did you perform to conclude that you needed to replace the Oil Pump?
Are you getting any Check Engine codes?
Have you inspected or replaced the Oil Pressure switch?
Have you inspected the Oil pick-up line in the oil pan?

Ohhhh... "How's it". I get it now.Oil pump was damaged,so primed and fitted new pump, pick is clean n no blockage.I removed the oil filter, very little oil is coming through

Anyways, have you tested the oil pump to make sure its all conbected properly and trying to pump? Perhaps theres a related relay or fuse that needs replacing.

What exactly did you do when you started the car back up? You primed it first I assume?
