Need to put a name to part needed

I have a 1998 civic lx. So there has been some rattling coming from the front drivers tire area. Took the wheel off to find a piece separated from the arm. Could anyone tell me what this part is or what is needed to fix it? Thanks

If Im not mistaken, the lower sway bar bolt broke off at the lower control arm.

Either drill out the old stud or replace with new lower control arm. Which may be a lot easier to replaced full control arm and new hardwares (endlink) for the sway bar.
