Hard to say if you don't tell us what kind of wheels you are taking about. Also would need to know what car you plan to buy.

Why do you want to know your current offset if you plan to change them? If you buy 15-inch rims no wider than 7" then a +35 standard offset is what you need to stick to. A mild search couldve answered that for you.

Otherwise, post what rims you have to answer what offset they may be, or just google that as well since thats how I'd answer you anyways.

Because I found 2 wheels I want one with 35 offset and another says its 15 offset so not sure which ones to go with I want to keep the size I have but get new wheels come spring since mine are winter wheels

low offset will move teh rim barrel further outward giving you more outer lip while hgiher offset number give you less outer lip by movin g the rim barrel more toward the wheel wells

this is 15x7 with +11 offset i have about 3in lip

but just be remember low offset wheels require you to roll your fender if you as low as me tho

i woudl stick to +35 offset i only went with low offset wheel since i like deep dish wheels with being slammed

To fit lower offset wheels you NEED stretched tires if they are wide. usually any 15x8 or 16x8 wheel would fit just fine with +30 offset. I ran 15x8 +0 w/ 165/50 lowered quite a bit and just rolled my fenders to fit them better.
