central locking stopped working

Hi everyone I was changing my stereo (completely forgot to unhook the battery sorry) and when I went to cut the iso harness there was a spark and now my central locking no longer works I cant use the key fob and locking the driver door with the key only locks that door what do I do

As far as your problem, have you checked if you blew any fuses? I'd start there for sure. I'm assuming it's NOT a 96-98 Civic (because these had problems of the key fobs and locking door switches to stop working once an aftermarket stereo was installed) since this was posted in the 2001-2005 Civics.

Definitely check fuses. And always remember to disconnect the battery! Not doing so is like performing heart surgery on someone without giving them anesthesia first, lol

Got the fuse changed then the mechanic (was at the garage getting my tacking done anyway) decided to do the same thing haha so now gotta go get another fuse haha the other thing is the wiring for the stereo harness isn't labelled at all so do you by any chance know what each one is so I can wire in a double din?
