Im new to ClubCivic and Im new to working this depth into my own car. Im jumping right into and and going for a total engine swap. I need all the advice I can get and I know its no easy task. Ive been doing research and I have a small grasp of what to expect. PLS HELP Also if there are any parts I may need and someone is selling for a good price, ill be more than willing to negotiate.

b swap is one of the easiest swap done on civics nearly everything is plug n play

I'd suggest looking through threads that have done this swap.. it's a pretty common swap so I'm sure there is a ton of information on Honda-Tech and such sites.

What car do you intend to perform this engine swap on? Im not familiar with a D14 engine in any 6th. Gen. Civic, which is the section you posted in.

Is there anything specific i need to be cautious of as im making the swap? Or is it a find out as you go?
Yea just be sure you don't end up hitting and banging up the tps sensor on throttle body when go to drop it in sometimes if your not paying attention you end up breaking them I broke few in the past normally I put the throttle body after putting the motor in just so I know I won't mess it up everything else is straight forward

I need to find a GS-R or LS transmission, but dont know how to see its its legit or not. Any way to determine if its the real thing?
