Hazards not blinking

Hey,

I have one small problem with my '96 civic coupe.
Turn signals are working fine. All bulbs are good.

But hazards are not blinking. All turn lights just stay's on if I push hazard button. Ignition is on or off does not matter.

Any ideas on this?

Check fuse #53 under the hood. Though it's weird that they stay on instead of flash.... so this might not be your issue... I'd also check the hazard switch

Fuse is good. I've checked all fuses.
hazard switch hmm. Is it possible to test it somehow?

Possible short making the relay not switch on properly - which is strange if the turn signals are working properly.
