civic interference or non??? anybody??

Does anybody know if the EV-2 engines on the honda civic 3rd generation sedan 4dr 1986 are interference or non?? I need to change timing belt but before start I want to know if is any damage on the valves. Thanks!!

Compression test is your friend.

Actually the better answer to is to do a leak down test. More accurate and can be controlled by hand to determine where the leaks are.
