Anyone know where the other end of this missing hose connects to?

depending on the car that vacuum spot usually goes to cruise control unless you dont have CC then just plug it.

yup, go to the auto parts store and get a vacuum cap and clamp that will fit it.

Visit the sight above, add your info then try to figure out where it goes using the diagrams. There are a few different intake manifolds so you first need to ensure your engine has the correct one. If it doesnt then that would be the time to consider capping it off as it may be a port to an option that your engine does not have.
