Need some help with my car

Car has some issues and idk what it is I've changed a lot of things.

When I start the car it likes skips at idle and the check engine light flashes, and the fuel relay makes a click noise along with the engine light then after it does it a few times the car goes steady but high idle and the engine light stays on, and I lose my rpm and thermostat gauges but speedometer still works and as I try to drive the car it cuts out at really low rpms so I have to shift way to early

I drive a civic not a Subaru? This is club Civic. It's a 2002 Honda Civic ex with the 1.7 liter vtec.
