Tiny Bubbles in P/S reservoir

With engine running I notice a stream of tiny bubbles coming from the bottom of Power Steering reservoir. Could this be a small vacuum leak which is possible cause of slight rough idle?

Sounds like one of your pressure lines is leaking. Can you post a photo or video?
