I found my used Stanley lights on Ebay for around $60 shipped and they made the rear my Silver 98 look much cleaner.
You know what man, call me crazy but I like the way Red coupes look with the ambers in the rear.

Yes, the OEM taillights are red and white, the non-OEM taillights are red and clear. They look similar to painted clear lights then. *ick* And I got miune locally (from two people) for free.

OEM Honda dealership or ebay......get REAL ones not the fake looking bullshit ones. u can tell the difference.

from what i understand the replicas look close to OEM. The only difference is the white part. OEM is more opaque while the aftermarkets are more clear. Not much of a diff, but Civic owners know the diff.

Yes...everyone and their mother has 99-00 tails on their coupes. If you wanna be part of the trend, you can do it to. I put 96-98 tails on my 2000 Civic Si...I think they look better.

I used to buy the OEM lights for cheap and sell them on ebay or honda-tech. Some people let them go for cheap. Deff wait and get the OEM ones. The 99-00 tails are so much cleaner than the 96-98. And why get the oem square fogs when you can get the oem 99-00 fogs, look way better.

the square's bad ass man If i was you and you do the conv get the squares everyone is doing the 99-00 conv and getting the fog lights. i just bought my 96-98 fogs

Um... because in order to fit the '99-'00 fogs on a '96-'98 you have to replace the front bumper, headlights, grill, hood, fenders, etc. Yeah, seems a bit much just to get the foglights most people have OEM anyway. Jsut look at my front bumper conpared to yours. It's shaped differently and mine doesn't have those little slots on either side of the bumper which your fogs fit into.

Yeah, I know. I have done a few 99-00 conversions. Done pretty easily once you have the parts. I was just stating that IMO the 99-00 fogs look a lot better than the 96-98 imo.

The 99-00 tails look alot better than those clear red and orange things. My car was hit in the trank and the left inner one was messed up so I got them all replaced. Just sold them though.

I just recently added the 00 si tails to my 97 civic ex, it looks alot cleaner now, the altezzas just look like junk.

I would suggest doing it to anyone.
