I think you guys are too quick to talk! I have a friend who used to have a Lightening in the low 11's....big deal right until....I tell you he ran it at about 5200 feet above sea level! Now I consider my self an import enthusiast, but you gotta give those domestics some credit!

Now the guys in the lightning were pretty dumb. I can't believe they actually thought their stock lightning was going to beat an M3.

No, i haven't, but the corvette has more power and torque, weighs less, and has just as good of a suspension.

The new c6 is managing a 7:56 around the Nordschleife at the Nurburgring. The c5 Z06 should have very similiar times. The Z51 and Z06 c6's should do even better
