Nope, i had a friend with a ITR with a 8K HID kit, he was always complaining how he could hardly see at night...sure the oncoming cars can see all the blue but he wasen't able to see...i have a HID retrofit and i use 4300k's bulbs and that the best too use...Jason- said:Ohhh... he will. Actually, it will ONLY appear to be bright due to its concentration and the way our eyes perceive different wavelengths of the color spectrum. And if you look at the lumens ratings of kits past 6000k you will see the difference in true output, there is a reason OEM uses 4100k 8)BlackHope121 said:12k has alot of unusable light... it might still be bright though.. it depends on which kit you get.
those are some cool looking headlights btw
12,000k = 12,000, the K stands for Kelvin which is the measurement of color temp. Lol it is in the visible light temp. spectrum but I doubt its useable road light.MySiIzFaster said:+4 or w/e we are on......
what kind of bulb is at 12000000? (=12000k). Is that in the visible light temp spectrum? lol
