My civic got painted a decent amount of times. This was because “Earl Scheib” in Merced, Ca. sucks ass. They saying goes, “You get what you pay for,” so I’m not tripping.

1st Time:
Dropped of my car to get painted, two days later I come back to find the car painted beautifully. When I opened the doorjambs, trunk, and hood, they weren’t painted.

2nd Time:
Left the car there for another day to get the doorjambs, trunk, and hood painted. Came back the next day, opened the door and saw the color did not match the body, same with under the hood and trunk.

3rd Time:
Brought the car back, told them I was not satisfied, so they painted the car all over again. This time it was painted similar to the Civic EBP, I loved the paint job. A few months pass, the clear started fading.

4th Time:
Brought it back, they sprayed a fresh new clear. Car was gleaming. Drove it for a few months and got into an accident:

5th Time:
After the accident, I got my front end. I brought the car back to Earl Scheib, to get painted. I opted for Black, because the blue gave me too much attention (bad attention, like cops and thieves), I didn’t like that. This time I only paid $350, because I had the Pro-Tech plan, which means I get to paint my car as much as I wanted to for two years and all I had to pay was half of the original price.

sorry for a lot of reading...

for some reason the blue on your car always looked a little off to me. Not that it looked bad but I always thought it looked not quite as bright as an EBP EM1, Why do you keep going back to this same douche bag if he keeps doing a crappy job.

i didnt want to go around with a blue civic, with a white front end...it looked like sh!t...

plus, i only had to pay half the price this time...

the other times i didnt have to pay...except the 1st time...the rest of the times, it was their mistake so i didnt pay...so all i spent was about 900 bucks for 2 good paint jobs...

the one in Merced, Ca is 10x worst compared to maaco...but the only reasoning i'm painting there still is that the plan i had came with a 6yr warranty...but i really dont recommend it, unless they let you go in the back and check out some of the paint jobs...if it looks good, go for it...

concord earl schieb did a DECENT job on my accord and my moms ... but you gotta keep it waxed ... i highly reccomend if you got a black or dark colored car you get the BEST paintjob cause all the other ones have "intergrated clear coat" which is bullshit so my car scratched hella easy.

Hayward earl schieb is also decent.

My old accord with "black pearl" pro 3

My moms 91 accord with white pro 2
