2000 civic b18 starting issues

Here's the deal. I just got a 2000 civic with a b18c1 in it that has a flashed sohc ecu. Yesterday it took forever to start and when it does it barely idles. After about 10 seconds it catches itself and you have to keep it above 2000 rmp for a minute or two then it runs fine. Any ideas? Thanks in advance

I'd recommend getting the correct ECU. You can also try adjusting the distributor and cleaning the IACV.
