i recommend just get new axles if you got torn boots. no need to repair because it does not work properly. ( i tried and it only last two weeks,) well VTEC takes oil, and the better the oil, the better the car pulls.redline and VTEC engage are two different things. check your oil cap. if it looks milky, you might have a blown head gasket. and your refering to grease when you talk about the axel lubricant. which btw, how the hell would axel grease be in your reservoir tank?
I wish I knew. But as you probably have guessed I'm not a person to ask about cars.redline and VTEC engage are two different things. check your oil cap. if it looks milky, you might have a blown head gasket. and your refering to grease when you talk about the axel lubricant. which btw, how the hell would axel grease be in your reservoir tank?
could you pm me exactly how one would do those tests. or is it something i would have to take the car into a shop to do.do a compression / leakdown test
yes, but im a mechanic and leak test is alot of work. you will have to take your head apart, and compressions is to test each cylinder, and i rather just check the compressions and look at my motor to see any leaks...if your motor is leaking, than you should see oil residue on the motor block, and low on oil on the dipstick.could you pm me exactly how one would do those tests. or is it something i would have to take the car into a shop to do.
