2013 XE ...Brightness control for dash lights?

Is there a way to brighten / dim, the dash lights?
if so, where is it???

if not... Is there a work around?
I can just barely see the Speedo in the daylight.

Hmmm, "Youtube" says there's an adjustment knob to the right of the Tachometer.
there's no mention of it in the Owners Manual.
I['ll have to give it a try!

But it is already at maximum brightness....
So, back to the secondary Question.
Is there a work around to brighten it more?

Texas sun, is as bright as an Atomic flash!... Brighter when you've
just had cataract surgery...

Oh, and I set my clock in the car, back an hour too!!

The bulbs tend to get pretty dim over time so its popular re replace with new bulbs or the appropriate lower power LED's. Watch the lumen power on LED's as they can overpower sight at night when set on the brighter settings.

I like to cover the white LED with a yellow phosphorus paint which makes them more yellow and way easier on the eyes.
