Simple green is cheaper.

Just remember to not get the distributor wet. Best to put a plastic bag and a rubber band around it. If the car doesn't start after, it is a 99% chance the dizzy has water in it.

I like the tint... :what: I love my tinted windows.. come out of work after the car has been baking in the sun all day, and it's not too bad. Plus I feel bad-ass and stealthy (1 jabillion points added to my awesomeness)
The tint is old, purpled, and bubbling now. You just lost that jabillion for not paying attn.
I have 3% all around and my entire windshield is 40%.

To answer your question about suspension, it's all in what you're looking to do w/ the car. Is lowering it for cosmetic reasons or will you actually utilize it, and if so, how? Coilovers are hands down the best, but unless you're ballin' on a budget of some sort, I don't know if you can find a set in your range. A decent set starts around $600 and go clear up to $2000.
Coils will ride smoother than a spring/shock set up any day, but again, it's how you're utilizing the car.

As far as strut tower bars go, I prefer Benen myself.

The distributor can still get water in it while the car is running. ;) Especially on Honda's because of it being mounted horizontally. They are notorious for it.
