500 to spend

ok im gettin my taxes back and im going to drop about 500 bucks of it into my baby.....what would be a good starting point for my build....its stock besides the CAI...i want a set of lowering springs,exhaust,and to get rid of the god awful top mount IM for sure.
the main thing is to make it vtec and give it some more power so what would be some good upgrades within my $500 budget...thanks guys....

+1 or i would go with a decent suspension 1st.. or keep in non-vtec and boost it later. D15's make great numbers on boost.

LOWER it first. get a nice set of springs and some kyb gr2 shocks and struts and your set. than save for a swap

drop it and jdm fogs. theres many diy for little thing thatll make a big difference. like diy blackhouse headlights diy grill diy front lip.
