Where are they putting this barrier. That cant be a safe barrier for someone in the car....

I would put like 4 of these in front of my house in the road for the speeders who decide to do 50 in a 20MPH zone. And for the guys on motorcycles who decided to go full throttle down the street, and do this 5-6 or times a day.
