93 d16z6 turbo'd idle issue

Hey guys i have an 93 Honda Del sol Si with a d16z6 turbo'd motor and here recently it idles real high when started and when i drive it and im sitting at a stop light it idles real low like 400rpm, if i let off the brake it goes up a little and if i pump the break like 5 or 6 time real fast it'll idle up and then idle goes back down. I think this might be caused by a bad brake booster cause im loosing brake fluid too but none is on the ground or around the master cylinder, so i think its leaking on the inside the brake booster could this be my problem, any thoughts or ideas would be appreciated thanks in advance! Plus ive noticed a loss in power in first and second but if my power brake booster is a huge vacuum leak could that cause a loss in power?

Yes it has but i don't like the tune its ok but i know i can get better if i go with Hondata tune or another tune but dnt know exactly how to go about doing it no one around were im from tunes imports, and it ran good but not great when i first got it. it has gotten progressively worse here recently.

Yeah but do you know what it is tuned with, it is best if we know what it is on and how long ago it was tuned. Or if it was even tuned properly to begin with.

You can start with the typical stuff like IACV, checking fuel pressure etc. but it is best to know that your car is capable of running correctly to begin with. Is it not throwing any CELs?

No codes r bein thrown and that's why I wanna put a different tune in it I'm not even sure it has one I just went off of what I was told. But it ran great to begin with idled fine and everything it was on there for months it's only been like a week or two it started this idle issue. I know it's not much help I dnt like not knowing what's done to it might try and contact the guy I bought the car and everything from and see what he says.

Pumping the brakes and seeing the idle rise a bit is normal.

How high does it idle when you first turn it on (cold motor)?

Your warm idle is definitely a little low. Try cleaning the IACV.

I'd check into what the car is tuned on. Hit up the previous owner if you need to. For all you know it could be running on just some basemap rather than a real tune.

It idles at about 2k sometimes and sometimes it idles at 1500 yes cold motor and if I pump the brake 4 or 5 times while its warm and idling at 400 it'll go up to 1k or 1500 rpm, not sure if I can get ahold of the old owner I've tried. Anything in particular you clean the IACV out with or will carb or brake cleaner work
