93 wont start!! drives but dies when it starts it dies later

I had the same problem in my 94 dx. It would crank over but no spark. It was the igniton control module. That set me back 169.00. I have heard this to be a commen thing with hondas, my dads prelude did the same thing and so have both of my civics.[/QUO

I spent 4 weeks trying to find out what the f**k was wrong with my hatch, finally i changed the coil and it worked and i thought everything was good, WRONG, same s**t happened over and over, the car would die while driving and then start back up 20 mins later then kill a day later then wont start for a day. then i took my distributor to auto zone and they tested it for free and hooked me up with a moduel the same day, been perfect ever since. lol

damn, if thats the case he should get a spark plug tester, its like a spark plug, you plug any spark plug wire into the tester and ground it and crank the car, if theres no spark for one and all wires then its time to change the icm, just alil test to save time and money.
