ha ha ha ha here ya go mang. I swapped out my gf's the other day and remembered that someone was asking about these, so I snapped some pics. The pocket fits a lil weird cuz it's origionally for the other side, as you can see in the pic. Though fitment is still nice and tight. The pocket on the jdmer is about 1.5in. in height x a little under 4in. in length. If you need anything else, let me know

the opening of the pocket is the same size as the indent on the stock usdm piece. i know because i have one. the pic shows this pretty clearly.

Alright, I think i may have it...
I was sitting in my car on the phone, and i started staring at that area, and come to find out, I think the pocket's outline is already there. If you look at the two buttons, they are inside of a rounded-rectangular shape, and I think that is exactly the size of the pocket... The shape is like ~3-4"x 1.5-2" or something like that.. Im gonna get one or two tomorrow at the junkyard and go to work with my soldering iron.. I think i may already know how to make it work too...
