They probably had it scanned by Kinkos. So they dropped the book off, Kinkos put it into a PDF file and the guy came back, paid ad picked it up. Then he posted the file online.

If you're still having trouble downloading from the free file hosting site, you can try the torrent. I didn't create it but I did download from it and I'll keep seeding it indefinitely. Seems to work fine. It's tracked at The Pirate Bay.

You're welcome. And I wouldn't worry about it getting "taken down" because torrents don't work like that. It's a peer-to-peer protocol. And this one is tracked by the pirate bay. They don't exactly care who threatens them. You can read their collection of legal threats online at http://thepiratebay.org/legal. Pretty good stuff...
