shouldnt have left chicago homie
and when did you get those wheels?
Indiana doesnt have a front license plate sucka!
i sold my hx's for these...have had them for about 3 months or so now. took the front ones off during all those storms though cause they dont grab for s**t in the snow.

what is the sticker on your bumper?
its a custom made Optimus Prime sticker with the Honda logo on his arm.

Damn dood that sucks man, that damn sign had a tractor beam didn't it? Good luck with the fix, and your new life in Indy.
yeah..the f**king sign only leaned over like a foot or so.

i hope the turbo is going on a built motor or its useless
''most clubcivic people are stupid''... ure at the top of the list.

looks like you just need a new door and a fender.
looks like but i am actually getting a new hood, new front bumper, new fender, new door, and maybe even a new pass. side mirror. and a front wheel aligment.
the hood had a small dent in the corner and it looks like theyll be replacing it or repainting the whole thing.
the front bumper tabs on the wheelwell are broken so theyll be getting a new one since it has no tabs to bolt on anymore. and my mirror has a slight scratch/scrape and theyll be fixing that 2. essentially ill be getting a whole new freshly painted front clip.

total costs are $2784.00 but my deductible is only 250 so i am cool with that. a week in the shop though.

I am kinda seeing the pos side to this i guess since its the best thing to do. imma ask to get my sideskirts and lip/grill paintmatched even if its out of pocket (see if they can do it as part of the package though). also...since i have to get rid of the fogs cause of the turbo soon....ill ask them not to cut the new bumper theyre putting on so i wont have those nastly holes on the bumper. other than that...all i need now is a good condition rear bumper for my 96-98 oem rear lip and my car will be hella clean (conditino wise) with the front end freshly repainted. my sides are in great shape except for some little tiny dings.

sry to hear man. the snow almost got the best of me the other day too. i slid and was drifting at around 30 mph towards the curb. luckily it was perfect timing and i drifted right into someone's driveway.

nice rims tho. hope it all works out tho. i'll be watching to see the progress.

Dude... When I saw this topic made by you, I was getting ready to cry before clicking.

That sucks dude. I like your car too :(. Next time that happens, e-brake it and try to dorifto . Or drop it into a lower gear and don't use the brakes. You probably already know this but nothing was mentioned on how you reacted to losing traction so I was trying to give yah a tip ;).

Good luck /w the fix and let us know how things turn out.

Hey I don't plan on changing my timing belt myself either. If you don't mind me asking, how much did it cost you to get it done professionally?

Also, I was just up in West Virginia on a snowboarding trip. I ALMOST had to drive my car up there in the snow, which I never have before. I was so happy when my friend decided to drive lol. I hate snow! (i live in Florida)

Good luck with your car though man

well i got it done at a small shop that these 2 guys started so i got it done for 260 including all oem honda parts but i kinda regret it. it took them all day cause they kept messing up and 2 days later i had to spend another 100 bucks at firestone cause my alternator belt came loose and my car died on the street. a performance shop was going to do it for 375 which wasnt bad either. i mean the guys knew what they were doing...they just werent paying attention to making sure they were doing it right so it ended up sucking ass for me.

i woudl suggest do it at a shop that has experience and established mechanics. i guess i just dont learn....cheap mechanical labor always leads to problems...theres a reason the dealerships charge a lot...cause they back their work up.
