So when you first start the car and it's cold, it runs fine? This could be an O2 sensor issue. Those sensors don't do anything when the engine is cold, A/F ratio is controlled solely by the ECU. When it hits normal temp, the sensors kick in and the A/F ratio is adjusted based on the feedback received by the sensors. I'm just not sure if that would cause the symptoms you're seeingNormal temperature
