So pirating movies is bad juju. We all can agree on this at CC. Or at least the rulebook can. So with news of youtube.com adding the 10 hour feature, it appears that sweet other things have shown up on my youtube.com radar.

I present to those of you who don't know about it already...

www.crackle.com

or search crackle on youtube for their channel.

I will be waiting to see if anyone else is enjoying this as much as I am.

Why would you ever get a crackberry coming from an iPhone?! Are you stepping down to the Geo Metro next?

Well considering Netflix just upped their prices, Hulu Plus is popping off, and redbox has literally put all of the dvd stores out of business... I'm saying YouTube+ is within the end of the year.

Netflix upped prices for 1 DVD. Prices are staying the same for unlimited stream, 8 bucks.

Hulu Plus sucks. You pay a monthly fee to see advertisements :roll: I had the free month trial, told me I'd see 3 advertisements, I ended up seeing 8 during a movie :roll: Hulu Plus is a joke. I'll just stick to Hulu free and see the same amount of advertisements. If people would stop paying for Hulu Plus until movies and shows are advertisement free it'll work out. Redbox is a joke. They don't have good movies, and if they do, it's gone. I think I've rented 3 movies once, 2 weren't watchable, and 1 skipped periodically. Once they can get past the scratched DVDs or not playable DVDs like Netflix has, it could work out, but with such a limited selection and limited quantity, I don't think it will.

I have Hulu Plus. I still see a TON of advertisements. It's annoying. All I watch is House, Glee, and Bones. Isn't Hulu the same thing as Plus (as far as viewing abilities goes)?

As it was, it was like 8.99 a month for 1dvd/unlimited streaming

The changes to netflix were set up as follows;

No dvd, only streaming: 7.99
1 dvd, no streaming: 7.99

1dvd + streaming: 7.99 + 7.99

The price increase is unfair, especially considering the lack of titles to stream to your computer. If they are going to charge that much more on top for streaming then they need increase their selection on streaming.

I don't understand the whole problem with it. I only have streaming and I haven't found much that I've wanted to watch that wasn't streaming. People complain about the selection on streaming, but let's be honest, their selection for streaming isn't bad at all. Sounds like people are just trying to find a way to b***h and complain.

^^I've had great luck with redbox. They always have something that interests me in stock, and I've never had any skipping.

As far as Crackle goes. I've had this on my iPhone for a while now. It's cool when you're bored, waiting for someone / something.
