Well, in Delaware I'm not very likely to get pulled over just for having tint or for that matter, neon, a loud exhaust, no front plate (we don't have front plates in Delaware!), or any of the other various reasons that so many other CCers get pulled over for. See, Delaware doesn't suck that badly. Just remember what towns are speedtraps and where the cops like to sit. Oh, tax free shopping too and we're within driving distance of Philly, Baltimore, and D.C.
The tint does not comply with local laws though. I was told by my tint man that it's legal now to have 70% on the front and whatever you want on the rear/rear sides. I have 20% all around with a 20% visor. I plan on attempting to get a waivor in the future for my poor vision in daylight (I'm light sensiitive and it's been gettign worse as the summer goes on/as I drive more in the daylight). Previously I only drove in the morning and near dusk. Now I drive all throughout the day on a regular basis and I still use my sunglasses and also my visors at times. I can't open my moonroof in teh daylight because I just can't see well enough to drive with it open.

Tint like that in San Diego, will get you pulled over at every stoplight, lucky for you cops overthere aren't di**ks. Nice dark tint by the way.
